Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including call history, transaction records, and account settings will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Launch the Talksy mobile application on your device. Make sure you're logged into the account you want to delete.
Tap on the Settings icon (⚙️) in the app. This is usually located in the top-right corner of the home screen or in the navigation menu.
Scroll down in the Settings menu and find the "Delete Account" option. It will be displayed in red to indicate it's a critical action.
Read the warning message carefully and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account. You may be asked to confirm this action multiple times to ensure it's intentional.
Your account will be marked for deletion immediately. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
Your account will be deleted immediately upon confirmation. There is no grace period or recovery option.
Make sure to resolve any pending transactions or refund requests before deleting your account. Unused coin balances will not be refunded after deletion.
We may retain certain information as required by law for tax, legal, or regulatory purposes, but this data will not be linked to your identity.
